Returns And Exchange Policy

All Natco Compnonents  comes with a 7 Day warranty valid against Manufacturing Defects (from 30 Days of date of invoice).

If It Has Any of The Following Issues

• Broken components 

• Missing Parts

• Not Compatible With Mentioned modle

•  

  Wrong products Delivered

• If Not Delivered in Stipulated time.

                                                               

Carburettor house will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure by you to maintain or care for the product properly.

Advising customers of our care instructions is imperative as returns or exchanges will be accepted Primarily on Manufacturing faults.

 

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents

• Mishandling

• Normal Wear & Tear

• Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders

• Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.

After Verification And Approval ,
